I just put in my insurance into the app, why is it not there anymore?

The app scans insurance cards to include as part of your patient profile. However, the app only saves numbers pertaining to your insurance account: Insurance provider, member number, group number. The app doesn’t save the actual pictures of the card and doesn’t display these numbers unless you click into “Your Insurance Information” and proceed to the “Edit Profile” screen in the app.

In addition, what is shown on the ‘Payment Details’ screen in the app is your plan, deductible, and deductible remaining, not the member number or group number.

Alternatively, please ensure that you save your insurance details before exiting the “Edit Profile” screen, where you enter your insurance information.
